Local Movers HQ currently publishes independent state and city moving guides. The guides do not list or recommend companies. These standards govern our guide research now and would apply before any future company listing is published.
Evidence before publication
No mover profiles are published yet. Before one appears, the candidate must be evidence-checked and editorially approved, with each published fact tied to a public source. Companies that cannot be confirmed reliably will be left out.
Listing will not be an endorsement
Future inclusion will mean only that a company met the published evidence standard when it was checked. It will not be an endorsement, a guarantee, or a certification, and it will not replace your own license and estimate checks.
No rankings, scores, or stars
Future mover profiles will use stable alphabetical order. You will not find numbered rankings, proprietary scores, star ratings, badges, or sponsored ordering on this site.
No user reviews or claimed profiles
Future listings will be written and maintained by our editors from public sources. There are no user accounts, no submitted reviews, and no profiles that a business can claim or edit.
Corrections without claiming
A public corrections channel will be added before mover profiles launch. Visitors and businesses will be able to flag factual errors, and each proposed change will be checked against a public source.
